NJ pays the following:

336 Program - Spread Biochar (ECOCHAR) - $1,4267.32 / Acre
590 Program - Adaptive Nutrient Management - $2,728.02 Each

Advice on applying for 336 program:

Once you have idea of what you want to do, where you want to apply 100%
ECOCHAR or want to combine the ECOCHAR with Compost, contact your
local District Conservation office, either by phone or e-mail to arrange a
visit.

Let them know that you want to apply for the 336 EQIP funding. The DC
person will probably come to your farm, or meet with you in their office, and
complete the application at the time of your meeting or shortly afterwards.
These directions are highly recommended as if you first apply without a
meeting, then the application needs to be changed, there is a lot of
paperwork to make that change. It is better to arrange a meeting with the
local DC and agree on the application.
